Beast Mowed DFW offers a range of lawn care services, including:

• Lawn mowing, edging, and trimming
• Flower bed maintenance, weed control, and mulch installation
• Sod installation (St. Augustine, Bermuda)
• Additional services as listed on our website

Services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.

• All quotes are free and non-binding.
• Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to change if the property's actual condition differs from the description.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days from the issue date.
• Final pricing is determined upon an in-person evaluation (if required).

• Customers must provide accurate property details to receive proper service.
• Services are scheduled based on availability and may be subject to delays due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If access to the property is restricted at the time of service (e.g., locked gates, pets preventing entry), the service may be rescheduled or canceled.

• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, online payments, and checks.
• A late payment fee may apply for unpaid invoices beyond 10 days of service completion.
• For larger projects (e.g., sod installation), a deposit may be required before work begins.

To ensure quality service, customers must:

• Provide clear access to the service area (unlock gates, move vehicles, etc.).
• Remove obstacles, furniture, pet waste, and hazards before service.
• Inform the company of underground utilities, irrigation systems, or fragile landscaping.
• Secure pets inside during the service.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in service delays or additional charges.

• Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• The company reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

• Services may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions, including heavy rain, storms, or drought.
• If weather prevents safe service delivery, Beast Mowed DFW will reschedule the appointment at the earliest available time.

• No refunds are provided once a service has been completed.
• If a customer is dissatisfied, they must contact us within 48 hours, and we will return to correct the issue.
• Refunds are only considered in rare cases where service was not performed as agreed upon.

• If you are not satisfied with the service, we will return within 48 hours to correct the issue at no additional charge.
• Beast Mowed DFW is not liable for:
  • Pre-existing lawn damage or conditions beyond our control.
  • Damage caused by underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or irrigation pipes.
  • Injury or damage resulting from customer negligence (e.g., unsecured pets, blocked access).
• Customers must notify the company of any issues within 48 hours of service completion.

• By providing a phone number, customers consent to receive:
  • Service-related text messages (appointment reminders, updates, etc.).
  • Promotional text messages (only if the customer opts in).
• Customers can opt out of promotional messages anytime by replying "STOP".
• Beast Mowed DFW does not sell, share, or use phone numbers for third-party marketing.

• Customers agree to use the website in a lawful manner.
• We are not responsible for technical errors, downtime, or security breaches beyond our control.
• Website visitors must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misrepresent our services.
